When we asked members for information to set up the Club Management System in August we were focusing on getting people signed up. The time has come now to get our junior members their own profiles on the system set up so that they can be managed by their parents & guardians. This allows the Club to accurately record who is training and allow us to use other functions of the system such as match selection. Only the parent will have a log in and will be able to control the profiles of their children.
Over the next week, all those who told us in the initial set up that they would require junior or family memberships will receive an email asking you to give us details that we need to create the additional profiles. This email will contain a link to a Google Form.
Some parents have already been correctly set up but they will likely still receive the email due to how people have been set up already.
