Over the Summer we will be introducing elements of the Club Management System (ClubBuzz) to our members. We are currently working on identifying the members who are not yet on the system to make sure everybody is using it.
Setting Up Your Account
If you have been receiving At A Glance this season then you are already signed up to the Website. Please make sure your details are up to date. The video below shows you how to update your details:
Each adult player should have their own account. From here you will be able to manage your availability, see your sections and make payments.
For our members under the age of 18, their parent or guardian will hold the account with each of the children who are members having their own profile for availability, selection and payments, managed by the “Parent” account. Under the old ClubBuzz system, each child would have needed their own account.
When a child turns 18, we can turn their Junior Profile into a Senior Account if they wish to continue with the Club.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password via the log in screen.
Keeping your profile updated allows us to know how to contact you, who your emergency contact is and if you have any medical issues that your coaches or captains need to know in case something happens to you.

We have already started this by using Stripe to collect card payments for the knockabouts from the Wednesday night sessions (Women’s 5-7 and Men’s 6-8). Following a successful trial we will be rolling this out across the rest of the club.

You can see what your charges are for by going to the My Financial Activity menu.
Come the 2021/22 season, we hope to offer Direct Debit, using GoCardless, to our members to clear their accounts.
Availability & Selection
For the 2021/22 Season we will be using ClubBuzz to manage availability. You can find out how to tell us you are not around below:
Match Selection will be run through ClubBuzz for the 2021/22 season and we will trial it throughout the Summer Leagues to get out members used to using it.
If COVID restrictions remain into 2021/22, we aim to manage training selection via the website as well.
