The club website allows LHC to collect fees in two ways.
Your membership, match fees and other charges are available to view or your ‘My Financial Activity‘ (MFA) page.
If you spot something wrong on your MFA page, please email [email protected]
You will receive a reminder from the system if you have a balance outstanding on the 23rd of each month.
Please note that if your account exceeds £40 and you are not signed up to pay by Direct Debit, you will be made unavailable for selection until your balance has been cleared.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit this can be set up on the ‘My Profile‘ page on the club website.
Our Direct Debit provider is GoCardless.
On the 1st of the month, the balance on your MFA page will be sent to GoCardless. You should the receive an email from GoCardless stating how much the club will collect from your account if the balance has changed from the previous collection.
This collection will normally occur around the 6th of the month.
If the Direct Debit has been successful the on the 11th your MFA page will credited.
We ask that if you are signed up to pay by direct debit, you do not make a payment by credit or debit card between the 1st and 11th of the month.
Credit or Debit Card
Credit or debit card payments are collected using the payment provider Stripe. The amount of your outstanding balance as shown on your MFA page will automatically be loaded into ClubBuzz Pay when you click the pink ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
Please ensure payment is completed within five minutes of starting the payment or the system may not update correctly.
