At the end of the 2019/20 season we asked for members thoughts on what the club had done well and what could be improved. Then due to the unknowns surrounding COVID, we put a lot of the work that had come out of that survey on hold.
In the two years since we last asked for your input a lot has changed, both within the club and outside it and now we are asking for your feedback once again.
Below you will find a link to the Club Survey. It is fairly detailed and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. We are also asking that you fill one in per member (if you are a parent with more than one child at the club). To get the most honest responses we have anonymised the survey to team/age group level.

The survey will be open until Monday 08 August 2022.
We really do want your feedback and ideas to help develop the club so that we continue to provide hockey to Leeds for many years to come and we will look to present the findings to the whole club in a few months time.
