Paul Cooper was the son-in-law to Club Chair Simon Batty and brother-in-law to Women's 5XI goalkeeper Hari Batty.
In December of 2018 Paul was involved in a car accident and sadly passed away after some time in intensive care leaving behind wife Jess and children Archie and Emilia.
In his memory Paul's friends are setting up a charitable cause to provide memory boxes to children who lose a parent suddenly to remind the child of how much their parent loved and cared for them. There is currently nothing like this for children in the Leeds area and the money raised will be used to create memory boxes for children who lose a parent.
Leeds Hockey Club is supporting the raffle that is taking place to raise funds for this initiative.
Tickets are £2 each or £10 for a strip of five.
Hari Batty will have some tickets available in person but tickets can also be purchased directly from Jess using Paypal.
