You may have received an automated email this morning from our system.
The automated email was sent to you because your account, or a profile of a member linked to you account, is showing as not registered for the 2022/23 season. The Registration process is separate from the direct debit sign up process, and ensures that we have up to date details of our members and removes details of members who have left so we can comply with GDPR.
For parents, If you have completed your children’s registration but not your own, you will have received this email. We also need to ensure your details are up to date.
To update your details:
- Go to the My Profile page under the My Player menu.
- Click on a name that shows as not being registered, there should be a red ‘X’ next to the “Registered” text if it isn’t.
- Please check the details, correct any that have changed and press “Update” at the bottom of the page. If your details haven’t changed, please press update.

If you are struggling logging onto the system in the first instance, please try to reset your password using the username linked to your account.

If you have left the club and don’t want to wait until the 15th to have your account removed, please respond to this email and let me know.
I would like to apologise for any confusion and concern this may have caused you. The text of this automated email will be updated for the next time it is required.
