Today, the Yorkshire Youth Hockey League (YYHL) announced that, following several consultations, the YYHL competitions for u10/12/14/16 will be delayed until January 2021.
This means there is no ‘usual’ competition format for LHC teams to enter.
Please do not worry –
With the announcement that YYHL will not be going ahead LHC have already been exploring tournaments and friendly competitions between teams in Yorkshire to run on Sundays at Weetwood and we are also exploring the opportunity to run more junior training on Sunday mornings.
Once we have more info we will be able to tell people – We see this as a very positive opportunity that we can explore to strengthen the opportunities that LHC provides.
